Or people would have to enter the refinery and take out cans of vespene gas, so there would have to be a minimum of 5 people taking vespene gas to the radar or rax or something.
Don't do this, we already have one RPG mechanic that rewards winning players and puts the less skilled players at a disadvantage. This will only serve to worsen the problem.
if the skills part helps good players bad players should try something useful to get more points and keep up. maybe heal or repair instead of being useless and shooting neverhitting or just go waste tickets

Sounds really cool. But seriously: AUTOBUY BUTTONS! And as for cigs: maybe they take away 5 or 10 health very slowly and/or decrease stamina (see: the effects of cigarettes on the human body) BUT increase accuracy and reload time (as well as building times) because you're calmer.

Most American shows suck, I will give you that. But 24 does not. Actually, truth be told, I watch a lot of American TV shows. I still prefer most British ones that I also watch, but there are some decent ones. I just recently started watching House, which isn't bad. Albeit that's mainly because Hugh Laurie is awesome.
