Sorry but I dont like to mix RPG elements into my FPS/RTS sunday. It does not go well with the FPS part. That is just me though.
well this might be something but don´t have it like that you need to re buy it every time you die maybe pick up an new one from the armory (free) but not re buy it. Also cigarettes is an moral improver but as there is no moral why not an small plus in HP like 10 wage plus 4hp the west is 100wage plus 20 hp. you get the ide. water canteen increase max stamina by 2 sec (running) something small that wouldn't be over power but something to waist some small changes(money) on.
So I guess servers will be full of people sitting in the raxes and armories smoking pot all day long. there will have to be a new building that's placed by mappers,and it's basically 2 buildings placed beside eachother, and you walk in an alley in between them where there's a shady character who gives you some high quality stuff.
It could be like spectating except you smoke imaginary joints and complain about balance instead of watching the game and complaining about balance.
actually you get to play on emp_traders or homeland, and you have gang wars and you make wages by selling drugs. also prostitutes and low riders with hydraulics.
seeing how this is most likely rejected with all the sarcasm and nah.. have items that are/were prized/ordinary during war. having weed, 1923 red wine, chocolate, cigarettes, and other useable items would be nice. -smoking weed: instant heal by calming the body down, allowing nanites/genetically modified immune system to work, but the user cannot move for 10seconds because of weed's mellowing effects.. perhaps chocolate will cure this side effect. -smoking cigarettes: cigarettes has long been a morale booster and a social event. smoking cigs will improve regeneration 10% of HP lost per 5 seconds. ex: if person has 10/100 hp, then that person lost 90 hp. using this item results in 9hp gain in 5 seconds, which results in 19/100 hp. 10% of 81 is 8 hp, so after 10 seconds the user has 27/100 hp. the cigarette produces a smoke trail, which the enemy can use to locate you. -red wine: drunken master. will loosen the body which will increase melee damage, decrease melee damage taken, decrease fall damage. side effect is shakey screen (like being in siesmic grenade radius) -chocolate: increases accuracy by 5-10% on infantry weapons because of caffeine's stimulation on adrenergic receptors on the body anyone play arma 2 btw?

And if you point your gun at a drug dealer he will pop a cap in yo ass. and if you kill a hooker you get like 1000 wage cause of all the shit she drops.
