An english pörkölt recipe + a video with a Hungarian person making it, in english.http://www.sbs.com.au/food/recipes/porkolt-nokedli-and-cucumber-salad How do you even live without ever eating Pörkölt?
What you call gulash is pörkölt. Just dirty foreigners can't remember more than one food name. And it's not very fancy tbh, the only thing "fancy" is the banana pepper in it which people don't usually use. If it was fancy he would have added sour cream, mushrooms and red wine.
do you pronounce the ö like we do in german? a bit similar to the e in personal. written german itd sound a tad like pörsnal (though a real german ö is more pronounced)
cooked quiche was amazing was gonna take a photo but roommate ate it all before i woke up the next day motherfucker
Funny, while i was reading i was eating a soup i cooked. The only cooking thing i can make without using premade ingredients are grilled cheese.
A good grilled cheese sandwich is art. After drinking half a bottle of monkey shoulder I once made the best grilled cheese sandwich that any man has ever made. I cried bitter-sweet when I ate it. To this day I do not remember what I put in it other than Hovis 50/50, it haunts me.
Wow I'm impressed, preperation of cheese and bread usually takes quite a skilled craftsman. I'm just kidding brother I know what you meant by premade.
