Five Thirty Eight had a tremendously exhaustive nation wide burrito "bracket" with some of the most ridiculously varied burritos out there. If you can't find inspiration there, then give up and go for chipotle. http://fivethirtyeight.com/tag/burrito-bracket/
Breakfast being my favorite meal of the day (and the one I most commonly miss), I like breakfast burritos and the things in them. Pork sausage, diced ham, bacon, cheese, eggs. I don't think I've ran into an animal that wouldn't work in a burrito yet.
Best breakfast in the world, the only cooked breakfast I can deal with: crepe stuffed with scrambled egg, smoked salmon and basil. Omnomnom.
Apparently some say it tastes like pork, other say it tastes like veal. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2014/04/29/what-does-human-taste-like_n_5233724.html
I move into my own house in the next couple of weeks, so my cooking adventures start then. Shit's going to be interesting.
Plz no, dawg if u have time. Try it this way. Step 1 take out some butter and heat it slightly in the pan ( LOW FIRE LOW FIRE ) step 2 Get your eggs and beat them, dont add any salt yet step 3 put eggs in pan and stir. ( LOW FIRE ) step 4 keep stirring, never let it coagulate step 5 when it starts to coagulate take it off the pan for 5 seconds and stir so nothing sticks to the bottom step 6 repeat step 4-5 untill 90 percent is coagulated but still a bit shiny cause theres some liquid in there step 7 take it off the fire season with salt and what ever u like step 8 It should still be a little bit shiny because thats how u should eat them properly. Enjoy the most silky smooth scrambled eggs you have ever eaten in your life This can take a while to make like 10 ish minutes but the results are so fucking worth it. if anyone is interested in the science behind this If you cook the eggs on high heat you push all the water out from between the proteins that start to denaturate. Then the water vaporizes and your eggs arent as creamy and juicy. If you cook it on low heat you cook it just enough to kill the bacteria whilst preserving moisture. Also low heat -> slower vaporization. And you want to constantly keep stirring so the entire thing is homogenously heated.
