We've already discussed that internally, and we came to the conclusion that it's not a good idea to show everybody something like that.
Wait for it... At this point there isn't really much new to report. As has been said, any update would be along the lines of "Yup, fixed some bugs. Changed some stuff. Worked on some other stuff." With that said, there are some internal discussions coming up relatively soon that should lead to an update of some sort...
I don't really mind waiting. 2.12 is fine at the moment, the mod is certainly NOT dead (your calling at least two full, 40/40 server per day dead?!) and its being developed by a team that would rather spend their free time developing than making pretty developer blogs. Anyway, things rising from the "dead" tend to be rather attention grabbing, especially when that decaying hand is grasping your ankle.
Yesterday I saw 4 or 5 FULL servers of players and a cople others with 15 or 16 players on so this MOD IS NOT DEAD :D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D
Ooh, the scout rebalance? I've been wondering about that. Did you guys finally decide whether or not you were adding a shotgun?
So the response I get for asking for updates is a thread full of junk with no actual information or responce...
You asked for an update, you got multiple. Just because we're not being exact doesn't means it isn't an update.
Does anyone of those people that cry that empires is dead know how many players the average source engine mod has? i guess zero... so 50-100 players per day is pretty awesome
