    There's the Empires "platoon" which is basically a steamgroup. Just search for Empires and you'll find it, and you'll find us in one of them. There's also the steamgroup:

    should I buy it? I am thinking about it since i would then need to upgrade my video card as i dont want to run this at 8 fps (like emp).

    Beta had fixed setting at medium, afaik.
    There should be some low gfx settings

    It seems that people at amazon are not too happy about it. Reviews are pretty bad for both the download version and CDROM version.

    I don't know what reviews you're reading. The game is absolutely incredible, one of the best multiplayer experiences (besides Empires) that I've ever played. It's fucking mindblowing.

    I played it start to finish today, other than a few glitches in the second to last mission it was pretty stable. I got a black screen on startup until i updated my drivers though, despite the last drivers being only a month old. Other than that, it's been fun, can't wait to play multiplayer. My gamertag is xXSolokillerXx. (closest i could get)

    Oh, apparently the single player blows, I haven't even tried it, it's all about the multiplayer.

    damn i want it, but im affraid on my 4950 its not worth it (beta wasnt so satisfying). and idk if i want to spend 250-300€.
    i dont watch it anymore, is there a new generation of gfx cards announced in like the next half year?

    My 4890 was able to handle it quite well, high for most settings, low for terrain, and it still looked good. Minimal stuttering, few graphical glitches. Just keep the drivers up to date.

    Only because most/all AAA games nowadays are like counterstrike in terms of teamplay

    implying single player is memorable in videogames.
