Aircrafts

This thread has been hijacked by blimps.

 

Because blimps are awesome, and can carry an assload of bombs.

 

Now I'm gonna have to watch it again

 

So, what types of aircraft will we be using? IE, dropship, bomber, fighter-bomber, interceptor, blimp, floating triangle, et cetera.

Although according to main page; dropship, bomber, interceptor. Hopefully they'll be fairly useful on the maps that have them >_>

 

So, about these blimps.........

 

Well, all maps can have them, if the skybox is high enough. If you go into hammer and look at the empires world models, you will see the brenodi aircraft factory.

 

would there be an aircraft repair bay , or would it be incorperated with the aircraft factory.

maby you could re-arme by "flying" close to ammo place,he he.

 

Can't wait to watch some crazy ass BE Engie with his little base ball cap in his hand waving it in the air while he rides an A-Bomb out of a blimp.

Aircraft would make more sence if they were all VTOL's. Like a helicopter without blades. (A harrier jet.)

now I don't see the blimps working on crossroad

But I see it being overuse on money

 

Crossroad will probably either have to do without aircraft or the battlefield will have to be extended to the clifftops.

 

Same with Escort. On escort, you could just fly to the last flag.

 

Fat lot of good that'll do you. You have to capture the flags in order.
