    Nevermind then, I can make do with far z clipping and a blended skybox anyway.

    why didn't you make aircraft work on the same scale as regular vehicles. it's not realistic. at all. but it would at least be FUN :)

    Just add noclip to any vehicles,aircraft and infrantry and we have the perfect gameplay!!!

    I don't think you got the hint when i talked about using models for terrain. Krenzo said that's what we'd be using, due to the hammer grid scale being so low, and performance improvements being hard to get with that.

    Well I can see the appeal there if only because the hammer displacement tools suck enormous balls, if they put in a proper modelling package proprotional transform tool in liu of the horrible spatial manipulator it'd be vastly improved.

    Won't you have problems with lighting and stuff though? I know episode 2 supports some sort of static prop self shadowing but it would still be weird I think, even if you baked some shadows into the texture.
