engybuilding looks diffrent when I build than when I see someone building. Engybuilding also looks like the building is building me (try building the floor while walking backwards. Weird. )
I believe the problem with engy sparks is they don't come from the muzzle of the calculator, since I'm guessing the calc has none. Hence, it spawns in a weird place and fucks up
I was a "real dev" for a time but then I realized I don't have enough time to efficiently code in C++, so now I am officially retired until I have more time (the semesters without math classes, that is).

I like the current sizmic nade effect thats good. The nuke effect is brilliant but WAYY too big. Yes its the size of the dmg radius but the explosion is not the size of the effect radius. There is a massive pressure wave which is caused by an expolsion and that is what kills you most of the time. Make the nuke explosion smaller and is it possible to add like a clear pressure wave that shoots towards u and when hits u causes dmg (will kill u if ur inf). (on a side note a way to fix nukes gameplay wise. How about just lowering to each player having like 2 of them, ages to reload, vry expensive BUT actully does a DECENT amount of dmg unlike what its like atm. (side note part 2. Can we PLZ for the love of all things have some more 3 slot and 1 slot weapons! )
I think these particles n shit make me lag, any way I can get the old ones back or am I SOL? Or anyway I can like turn them off.. They look like shit on my comp
There's no way to go back to the old ones but I suppose I can make a set of low end particles which will look shit but shouldn't lag. I dunno how people can complain, most of the common effects (MLs etc) are cheaper than before but w/e
I dunno it could of been the server which I have lagged on before. But it seemed like there was so many more particles everywhere I looked and sometimes it just like completely blocked vis and would get hella laggy. Nuke concs? really?!
It would be nice if smoke grenades worked like the broken concussion grenades, but with smoke sprite rather than the nuke ones. One would cook off a smoke, throw it in front of the line of fire of enemy infantry, forming an instant plume of smoke about the width of a medium tank, then running by. This would be nicer than the current smoke grenades.
I plan to make a faster smoke grenade if the particle gets implemented for it. It's going to be tough making a cheap smoke nade though.
