    Nice, I really don't want to imagine Empires without Vipers. Trickster's a cool guy but that epic server is really just pure crap.

    Its not pure crap... it only crap, if your from west coast of USA.

    miraculously I have been getting about sub 150 ping from them but, I still can't hit shit with tank MGs :(

    I think Deiform's point was that euro-players don't make that big of a deal out of ping on Vipers. I have about 200 ping on Vipers. I don't enjoy it, but its playable to a point. It requires some playstyle adjusting though.

    It's not the ping, it's the maps, scripts, and just generally the people involved with the EPIC server that make it less than fun for me. But yes, haters are going to hate.

    I have a 0,5 sec delay between mouse 1 and the mortar actually shooting on viper. Its freaking anoying.
