Just played a cyclopean match. God, Caggers the scout was brilliantly annoying. I guess the new system works rather well.
No he just had radar hide and regular hide, and entire bases ended up sabotaged without us being able to find him... So they would stay sabotaged.... The scout rifle wasn't used... he was using the SMG
Can at least a scout with enhanced senses be able to spot a scout w/ stealth hide etc? I never know. The minute sway w/ 100 stamina that I noticed earlier seemed to disappear from my awareness when I was actually aiming for someones head in a battle. The depleted stamina sway I played with, but I try not to run and gun with that rifle in battle so I dunno about that. I like the idea of being tired causing performance decrease. Maybe to make it more noticeable could the zoom sensitivity get reduced while tired/stamina is depleted thus making the gun feel much heavier requiring more mouse effort? All in all I really like this Rc as it has given porne the life it deserves, cool squad system, and my fav crouch jump is fantastic. <Bows> Good stuff manard.
I guess partly because of the low player count and the BE dominance over the map (plenty of buildings everywhere) he had a field day sabotaging everything. We noticed it on time (except a few turrets) but I ended up spending an awful lot of time repairing everything (#$@$#@$ someone sabotaged the vf, AGAIN!. Once in a while he would uncloak and riddle me with the smg, or run up and smack me in the head. It was pretty cool when one of the scouts snuck up onto out outpost in city and meleed me and someone else while we were trying to take out a barracks. He was the first scout I've seen who actually made an effort at it's role and did a smashing job. As far as the scout rifle goes, it's pretty fun to use and doesn't feel like the gimpy popgun it used to be. The smaller clip and less ammo makes you try to make the shots count. It's still a bitch to get sniped over a long distance, but that is easily countered with a vehicle. Scout roadkill!
There was a problem yesterday, the squad points thing didn't refresh if the squad was formed before the game began
I want to see my ping in spectator mode. I really think this isn't so hard to code. Also, I haven't tested this RC yet but I think you still can't accept orders given by your commander via radio menu and act and then accept. Or can you? Edit: PLEASE, someone photoshop the hand and pistol off and then add this among the loading screens. In my opinion this is superb amazingly great shot. I love this. For some reason I spawn with 0 engy tool ammo. Also I'm getting the old Building glitch when you put down a turret or ammo box, & the engy tool doesn't respond until you put something else down (Then again that building glitch has been there forever, but I haven't gotten that glitch since 1.05)
Do you mean by voice answer by pressing either a or d to say either negative or roger? Because in that way I can accept them too. But I can only reject orders by pressing s and every time I press w, it doesn't do anything. Only the menu disappears. So that's why I think it's a bug.
Krenzo sry, dont take this as an insult, but YOU REALLY need some unittests for empires. Unittests FTW!
