NF Shotgun Concept

yeah I would have loved to see a lever action or maybe just a pump gun.

Sadly we dont have much access to guns over here so I have only ever operated break barrel shotguns and boltaction rifles.

 

I'd prefer seeing an adaptation of the Winchester 97 trench gun commonly used by American forces during WW1.



I think it's perfect for NF just as it is, but you could add some rivets and make the finish look more like parkerized/tennifer finishes like the other NF weapons.

 

Oh yeah almost forgot I did get a few pics of the 12gauge blackpowder as requested. Took them as I was going out the door, so they dont show all the details, but its a pretty nice one. Freaking huge, with a very long barrel and intense choke.

 

Yeah great pickled, lets add a fucking cliche to Empires.
Instead we could have 2 shotguns.
BE has 1 Shotgun, 2 SMGs,
NF has 2 Shotgun(1 Will replace the hairdryer), 1 SMG,

If NF gets 2 shotguns I think the shotty pistol should be replaced by a revolver.

First of all, the Mateba is not a blowback operated revolver. Blowback operation and recoil operation are not synonyms. Secondly, read my original post.

 

i bet a blowback shotgun revolver could be made, i base this on the fact that a shotgun gives big bangs

I do like the idea and it looks nice
although 8 gauge sounds a bit on the insane side of things. I dont care that much about realism, but it still annoys me a little when it isnt even remotely believable, like the heavy rifle being like a 50 cal. and not just ripping people apart.
It will feel gay once its balanced and you have to dump like 4 or 5 rounds to a guy.

...... I still want a revolver... to me that feels like something NF would have.

I must agree, a revolver would be badass.

 

The hands have proven to be Difficult to weigth map and thus un useable. I've decided to give up on this. Besides.. Mootant belives, Because shotguns wern't in krenzos designe document, they dont belong in empires. Untill These things are resolved by someone other then me I am done attempting to aid this mod.
