How about no. The one time I played as infil it was made entirely clear who was infil with me. Therefore we knew who it was and worked together. Theres no reason to suspect that this is any different this round. Unless of course you know for a fact taht it isn't?
Why do people keep saying there are 4 infils? From what I can tell from this clue it suggests 3 surely. Unless of course one of the infils is inactive, which empty has hinted at in previous games?

For the record, I changed my vote because of the ambiguity of the two flashes and candles name having relevance to light, as well as changing between 2 colors (flashing between you might say). This would lend itself more to the roffle description than the infiltrator description I was looking at before. I'm also going to go with the intuition from others that grant was more active in previous rounds, and the sad spelling error from empty with his avatar. If you are a rookie, btw, send me a pm. This is strange, for you all have me confused with an Infiltrator when I am in fact the Rifleman. Such a simple fact is what makes me the class I am.
