It's 101. This is also the fastest way for Engi to take down refinery, can be done in approx 17 secs. Block empty refinery site if you can't take it.
Could be 101, but you always use 2 charges/tick when deconstructing enemy buildings so you need 102 anyways
The most efficient way to block the placement of a refinery: place an ammo box close to the node. It will prevent placing of refineries until it disappears. Ammo crates don't magically disappear when you change class.
6. I use these commands all the time even when hiding as scunt. . So people look for me and get fisted. 15. If there is a bunch of mines in the Vf and people are standing around waiting for a defusal, I usually take 1 for the team and walk on them assuming tickets are no factor.
Or buy a jeep and get out as quick as you can. I try to do that. I can't always time it right but it at least gives me a chance of surviving it.
That was my first thought, but from your and trickster's post I presumed your team is too dumb to figure that out.
No idea if it's been said here already: You can recycle dead vehicles of both sides with your engineer calculator: vehicles disappear quicker you get some resources for recycling
The whole idea was to save time though+in pubs, some newbie invariably builds a vehicle whilst you're defusing a stack of 5 mines, thereby killing himself, the vehicle, and you in the process.
Of course I know the idea. Years ago I was pretty much the only one doing the jeep-defusing-mines trick, pissed off quite a lot Grenadiers. Anyway, as a nicely responsible Grenadier, this scenario is way too easy to avoid.
It takes 13 seismics to take down a barracks. But the fastest way is to use 10 seismics followed by your calculator. By the time 10th one explodes, it'll be almost dead.
I prefer 9 and start running toward the rax, 2 more on the way and when you finished 11 use your calculator, 11th explosion will kill the rax simultaneously. tip: If needed, don't fully recycle carcass, recycle them 99% and leave it as roadblock.
Of course I would expect you to know this idea. This advice is really only useful in pubs anyways, as it deals more with circumventing your own team's idiocy than the other team's cleverness. So yes, despite whether or not you're a responsible grenadier, some idiot on my team always ends up building a 700 res medium tank whilst I tell him I'm defusing mines in the vf, which is just such a huge waste.
This is why we should play pub games with calmness and giving zero fuck to pubbers and their behavior. tip: Count enemy's remaining bullet, it helps to determine when to fuck them up.
