    Game will more than likely be hosted on EPIC server.

    Map will be Forest.

    There's no 100% guarantee this goes ahead because Spike is unavailable again and Lazy said he might not be available, though he's confident Quebec can run without him. I'm speaking with people in Xray to see if there are people to run the team.

    I don't know about that. I get the feeling that most of quebec at least don't know about scrims until someone gives them a poke. Looking at how many people will say they can make it or not it seems to me that either no one reads the steam groups or don't know til 2 days before the event.

    In any case I know I could probably find at least 15 players, but I expect more then that to show up just like usual.

    Originally I had 4 maps there but I spoke to members of each team and decided on Forest. I feel like a simple map without a huge amount of strategy required might be ideal for this weekend. The other maps were Insurrection, Arid and Chain.

    As for the late announcement, I've had to get round to speaking to people within X-ray to see if they can run the team this weekend in Spike's absence. That took longer than I anticipated because I kept forgetting.

    But honestly, you people can claim you're now "busy" all you want, but no-one ever chose Empires over other plans so it doesn't make much difference if I announce it even later. If you had other plans you wouldn't be coming anyway, and if you didn't then there's no reason to not turn up.

    Um...I was under the impression that every Saturday was scrim day..
    With the exception of the 4th where it was stated for that week the scrim was being replaced with a pug.
