that looks much better... but, the crates provide too much cover. either space them out or use a stack of mini crates.
Complains that I give him criticism. Then actually listens to the criticism. Product looks immensely better instantly.
Harry, that looks way way better, nice work. It fits in without any issues now. One personal requst, I fucking hate the railing texture when it doesn't let bullets through, even though there's clearly gaps in it. So if you want, I'd either allow it to let bullets through, or replace it with brush railings. But just to make it clear, I'm about the only person who cares about this, no-one else does.
I'd assume so, but that's not the point. The texture allows you to see through it but on most maps, you can't shoot through it, which is really annoying. It's why Money Revisited uses brush railings, because I have a personal hate for texture railings.
if its the same brush as the one in harries new monies the fence areas? You can shoot out but, rpgs don't pass through.
soooo.... you added cover for the long walkways. But you removed the fireladder at NF starting base and replaced it by a normal ladder without any cover, open to be shot from nearly anywhere. I like the turbolift and the randomly dazzling gondola. Thx for fixing the windows and doors. The bleed is too strong.
YOU BROKE THE SOUTHERN LADDER! Also, the bleed flag is too much, especially with only 200 tickets. Double the tickets if you're going to keep the bleeder, but I'd much prefer just cutting the tickets to 100 if the map is lasting too long without a bleeder.
100 tickets is ridiculously low, even without bleed. You need at least 200 before bleed, 400 if you have bleed. But on a map as small as Azuretowers, I'd remove bleed, have 200 tickets, and enjoy those end-games where it's 3v3. I mean theoretically, the District (official) sudden death could actually work out quite well on Azuretowers. Imagine how tense it would be considering the movement on the map, and how open it is and stuff.
Like I said, "if the map is lasting too long". Personally, I think the length with 200 tickets and no bleed is just fine, but Harry said that people complained about the length of the map. Honestly, Azuretowers shouldn't be played with any more than 10v10 anyway. Even at 10v10, it almost becomes a clusterfuck.
Does this map make any sense as a place that could exist? If I remember correctly it exists firmly in the world of *this is a place where people shoot each other*... Does that bother anyone else?
James Bond is awesome. Honestly I don't care if it makes sense, 90% of Empires maps don't make sense. Who cares? Gameplay is important, and looks help. Azuretowers isn't the most pretty map but it always had potential, and Harry has genuinely addressed the issues with it. He's also added 007 Nightfire music to the Gondolas, which makes the map EVEN BETTER.
