releasing a next version with some models not properly animated means lots of potential "heavy users" lost after 1 hour to other mods
Judging from the comments that "Maps looks bland" I think people will get turned off by lazy animations... "Today a game is considered good only if it runs at 2048*1024, has x16AA, and hits you in the crotch with a jousting lance"
Yet, there are still people complaining they can't run the game in 640x480 or have trouble at 800x600.
The only time resolution has ever been a problem for me is whilst I am filming at 1024x576. If I open the vehicle screen, I can't access the button to close it. You have the restart the whole game to get out of it :D But I don't see why anyone should run at a resolution so low just for playing it. Even the oldest graphics cards must be able to handle 1024x768 with low details...
Alt + F4 works for me sometimes, or just pressing b again. Watch it with the Alt + F4 thingy, it may also just close your game if you've already clicked out of the vehicle screen box.
How much longer till the next update??? Hey just wondering how far this update has come along and when it might be released?
if you post a little more on the forums, you might be in for a little surprise I can't say any more and you didn't hear it from me
yup.. ya I figued that out didn't really look threw the forums enough but found it about 2 min after I posted this
Development is at a total stand-still until more of those little lemon-scented paper hand-towels arrive.
I can have them air lifted to you for later today. How many do you need? Simon Manager Lemon-Scented Paper Hand-Towels Deliverd By Air Inc.
Aaaaaa50 tell those little damned bugs get out of the mod. They are swarming all over it currently and that is slowing the progress down. They are swarming all over it so developer team has hard time chasing them away while they try to work on the mod. Call those gas-mask guys to come and poison them out. Oh yeah and also deliver a big box of those little lemon-scented paper hand-towels for the time with those gas-mask guys.
