    We're getting very close to release. There are only a few minor issues left to be dealt with. I'm posting this update to show the latest change log which lists all the changes since the last public version.

    I havent read it yet and I'm giddy with joy.

    From the different build sections, which build was the last change log released from?

    Edit: lawl
    Even devs hate arty, trying to make arty requests nonsensical.

    It said "need artillery fire at theses coordinates" before.

    So, you are getting very close to public release. Does that mean the forum release is very, very close or is it canceled?

    Btw, excellent work and great change log.

    I'm glad you fixed the research tree bug when switching maps and adding JCW87's minimaps. Those are things that always bugged me.

    Really looking forward to this release!

    We still need the Source SDK base to run the game or is it still running on the HL2DM code? (I saw the animation system is, therefore the question)

    sabatoge? AWESOME!!!

    this will be the third most important patch in empires, other then 1.1 and the aircraft patch, whenever that comes.

    1.1 is the aircraft patch.

    -Fixed: placing a mine when eight were already placed, would not update the new mine's placement time, sometimes causing the game to think the new mine was the earliest one placed and detonating it when a ninth mine was placed
    I was wondering why I would randomly suicide. :D

    -Fixed (RC4): bug with weapons not firing
    That would be a bad one. XD

    O ya this is going to be good and sweet and I am glad its coming out soon because 1.071b was starting to get on my neaves

    Fixed: turrets, engineer cameras and radars, and walls were able to be sabotaged but had no detrimental effect; removed the ability to sabotage these entities

    I wish we could still do that in 1.08 but I see little use to it

    How was 1.01 important (or more so than 1.08, 1.1 and 1.0)?
