    Wait what

Pics? So modellers can model other aircraft based on it?

Those models are "borrowed" as far as I know, and are as such not going to be used.

The aircrafts that are modeled have three problems:

    1) The NF models are not designed with low poly models in mind
    2) Designed for large maps
    3) Look boring and generig like all models especially the existing BE ones.

Because as usual almost only people post that dont like it and I got alot
of positive feedback from other people I think i make a high poly model now.

TBH, this would work. Other things would also work, perhaps they would work better. Details and a good skin could make this look very good, and very fitting with the style, too few details and a poorly made skin and this will look like utter shit.

Also, small wings would help this massively. Whilst it can hover perfectly well with out them, keeping a brick steady in flight is pretty hard without some form of balance.

Those models have been around since before 1.0. They are Empires models, they've always been Empires models.

Make the front ones smaller than the ones on the back, that might help making it look sleeker.

As well as making it look even more silly because now it has huge engines on the back and tiny ones on the front, which means it's going to front flip whenever it tries to take off.

It'd be fine if it flew forward, but if it takes off vertically it needs to have even lift, especially if you're not going to put the lifters above the body.

I added the joints on the "wings", I was to tired yesterday to make that.
Every "wing" has 2 joints the 2 cylinders are a joint too (i just want to make it clear cause it might not get noticed in the low poly version).

EDIT: The strange shadows on the joints on the bottom pic are a compile error sorry

Only if it's built by complete morons.

Also, the vehicle could require bigger thrusters because there is a bigger load in the back.

Soooomewhere over the rainbow, there's a place where people give a damn!

I made a version with big thrusters and no wings.

Those rounded connection things look quite strange.

Resized the whole back, its more compact now and imo looks better that
way. Somehow I seem to always reduce the size of the models during modeling.

i think the reason people see crab walker tank is because its thrusters are positioned like legs would be, you gotta kinda use your immagination to see them moved so it would be flying forward.

but anyway, i like the concept and everything for aircraft for smaller maps but im not sure if its a good idea yet

I think it would look better without those air intakes and with bit different nose.
That cockpit looks like taken from not-very-good WWII bomber, doesnt fit BE imo

    I LOVE THOSE THRUSTERS

The cockpit looks just like the BE CV. What drugs are you on?
Add a backwards-facing machinegun to that, Mayama, or an exit ramp. The butt looks a bit empty now.

Could we see the view from below, since that's what we'll see from the ground a lot?
