Moojuice is litterally a faggot, like I dont even know how to describe him anymore after this thread than an uptight cunt who thinks he knows it all.
Hilarious thing is our germs are probably the most stoic people around. Which is actually a trope dating back to prussian times.
Going back to earlier in this thread, I'm going to have to actually side with Paradox here. What do you people have against fine-dining? Like seriously, why is it such an issue to pay a premium for tasty, well presented food in an enjoyable environment. You get to choose what you want to eat at that very moment rather than planning in advance, you have no washing up to do afterwards, you can choose your accompanying drink as you dine. Seriously, people need to eat out more.
Because there is a difference if you pay 10€ for that or 250€! I hate it when my parents invite me to those noble restaurants where you have a fag holding the door for you and then you pay 40€ per person...
Because my girlfriend is allergic to seafood and that's the only thing I can't do better at home, even with my shitty electric cooker. When I say better I mean how I prefer it, before you all fucking start.
This is all great and true. This does not mean though that his plate was worth the price. We need Asian boy here to prove his bourgeois cuisine more.
Loving the judgemental bullshit everyone here has without having tasted the food. @mcgyver, you dont pay 40 more per person just for the service but for the food too. High quality food comes with high quality service its an overal deal you get not just one of the 2. @destroyer, not saying a sub isnt tasty as fuck cause I love my footlong meatbal marinara but its a different kind of tasty. @moojuicecunt doesnt mean it wasnt worth it either since u didnt taste or experience it.
I recall reading something from a really well known food critic. He said going out to a fine dining restaurant and eating regular meat you get at home is a total waste. He said you either go for fish, which is far harder to get right yourself, or something more exotic you just wouldn't get yourself. If you're just going to a restaurant for a fillet steak, it's kind of pointless. So yeah, in your circumstance, I guess it makes sense. Personally, I love seafood, so it stands to reason that I love going out to eat.
How can a British person be allergic against seafood? You'd think there was enough evolutionary pressure to wipe those people out...
She can eat most fish but in a proper restaurant there's way too much chance of contamination. I fucking adore molluscs though, coquille saint Jacques is o e lf my favourite dishes but I haven't really been to a proper seafood place in well over a decade. All my irl friends in the vicinity are chicken-eating cowards too.
If you want decent coquille you have to spend money. Even the good restaurants have problems getting it right, go to a really good one.
