The time in shoutbox is wrong for me even though I have it set for my time zone in preferences. Also Members online now is not refreshing anymore.
I get this on my chromebook using chrome. My desktop has no login at top or any snow flakes and still no snow flakes after logging in. Desk top is running a modded version of Coowon browser with added security. So I am assuming its security blocking the "let it snow" script.
If you log out there is no login button at the top, I had to click on "you must login to reply" in a thread.
There is no login button because it's hidden behind the wallpaper, use the big ass Signup or Login button instead.
Also notice we are missing the empires logo in the address bar. Was the .ico lost in the move to new forums ? Or is it just not loading on my end ?

So the top bar does not work with Blue and Dark theme. It works in Light theme, but the snow only shows up inside that bar. Maybe try creating a theme without the snow and all the christmas stuff to see if its related. Or if the snow stuff is not really theme based, just disable it for few minutes and try logging out. And/or also look at the permissions of who can see the top bar, if there is such option. Also, it seems to me that dark and blue theme use same kind of top bar while white theme uses a bit different one. EDIT: I dont think its behind the background...if you show up the code or "inspect element" The moderation bar is just not there when not logged in.
Nice work on the new forums, James. XenoForo is a great platform. If you don't mind some constructive criticism, blue text/links on a blue/gray background is a bit hard to read: Green = Acceptable Red = Problematic Here's an example Blue/Black Xenforo theme that uses lighter blues instead of the darker, royal blues that you're using: https://xenforo.com/community/resources/sultantheme-com-blackblue-xenforo-style.1885/ Food for thought.
