Think about it this way, there would normally be two 3.5" cages where those cables are piled, so I can't imagine air flow is impacted that much. And besides, I've got 3 fans in a straight line over the cpu heatsink and 3 gpu fans exhausting about a half inch from a vent, so cooling is pretty good. You can't get that in a larger case.
How are the temperatures? Do some stress testing with Aida64 and Furmark for maximum heat output. Monitor temps with HWmonitor or something.
I'm kinda disappoint. I thought the 290 would get warmer than 76C. I could barely hear it too. I forgot it was running while writing most of this post.
I prefer the nvidia cards cause of the shadowplay features. Didn't think the 290 was that greater than the 770 but it seems after doing some research the 290 destroys the 770. I was wrong.... I believe the 290 has some options with 4k monitors if spartacus wants to get off to 4k porn and shit.
Indeed, it's more comparable with a 780 than a 770. For $366, it was probably one of the best raw performance values out there.
I see benchmark software coders are still employing the "acid-trip" method of stress testing your hardware.
NO. Spartacus, put load on the CPU with Prime95 while Furmark is running. That way you'll get results that will never occur in real life, but still ove:
The problem is that I already own many of the games, Deus Ex, Alan Wake, Tomb Raider, Hitman Absolution, etc. I had a chance to get Sleeping Dogs and passed. I don't like it. I'd much rather play games like Bioshock Infinite, DayZ or Arma 3.
What happens when you have zero trade reputation and don't want to hand some schmuck your AMD Never Settle Gold key and pray that he's not a fuckhead? Persistence, that's how.
Im actually interested in knowing if anyone ever even bothers to read those text dumps that spartacus always posts.
When he is chating with Candles yes, atleast one person might say something interesting in that case. But this wall of text right here needs a tl;dr.
