    Well grens would still have mines and their RPG at their disposal so they would not be useless without a scout. Your commander can always give you targets if there is no scout nearby or you can wait for your other team-mates to spot it and fire roughly where they say think it is. If all else fails you can fire approximately where the you think the enemy buildings are.

    Seismic should be damage over time, there is no reason not to make it deal damage over time and not stack. It stops one engineer from destroying a building very fast by himself and it fits logical with what the weapon is supposed to be.

    Well if it is overpowered or does not fit the game then it can join the scout rifle in the weapons that are not suited to empires category.

    The whole point of an indirect fire weapon is to hit things that are behind other things. If you cant take out an engineer behind his turret with the mortar than the mortar should be changed to make it easier to do so.

    What about cover? Isn't the whole point of the indirect fire mortar to be able to shoot from cover to hit these targets. If this is a problem then it needs to be easier to to hit these targets from cover.
