What happend to all that people that used to play this game

Back when this game came out there used to be alot of people that played. Now there are like 20, what happend? The server with people on it always autokicks me for some reason even though ive never entered it before. What happend to all the other players? why doesint anyone play this mod anymore? its so much fun.

Not everybody plays at the same time.

 

Alot of people are waiting for aircraft to come out... then you will see a huge influx of people

 

first release was ultra laggy, this turned alot of ppl off. and now even though it would be nice to have more good sized games (5v5s get old fast), i like the comunity feel of the mod.

 

Change your name. Emp_recruit is auto kicked on ON|E's server.

Empires isn't advertised that much for the fact that it's still a beta. Once it's out of beta, hopefully we can get a video on Valve and then you people will witness the attack of the Emp_Recruits.

Yeah better get your suits now... Every game I go to, there is always someone I have seen before so its like "Hey" "Sup, Man" it's like a small village, everyone knows eachother we have our idiots and wierdos too :D

 

Yeah, I've never really seen in it many other games. If I knew how to work steam's friends system it might be even better

I love the fact that because it's still in beta, all these Ideas are being discussed and implemented. can you honestly picture this many ideas on a counterstrike forum?

 

There are always about 2 servers full. It may be different if you live in Europe, however.

 

I'd say it's usually only 1 full server. Except at evening for me. Then it can go up to about 2-3 servers. I must admit that even though it would be nice to have more players. I do love the small community feel. I hardly ever play a game without bumping into someone I usually play with.

 

it sucks for cause i only have 1 server with any ppl in it, and its not exactly my favorite one.

this game needs either more american/canadian insomniacs, or more europians that dont have work or school.

playerbase has dropped a bit yea, atleast over here in europe, both stormed servers used to be full quite often, tho we've gotten a few more servers now, the only populated i've seen tho is stormed, genesis knights and some uk server


and imo a small playerbase is better than a large one, as you get to know quite a few more players, and in time you'll know who to avoid and who to squad up with, also who is a good com and who isn't

 

I'm really fed up with the [ONE] server stealing all the players.

I really don't like the multiplyers on Res and Research it has.

 

Yeah, I'm not too happy about the public ones too...no-one plays the official anymore and the clans hide away in their special basement servers =(

 

Aye it's a shame the changing of official servers practically killed it's playerbase outright. I'd be playing more if it was still active.

Though I've heard the new official is laggier than the old one with less players =/
