    Here's a relevant suggestion:

    when there hasn't been a driver in the vehicle for 30 seconds, deconstruction is twice as fast.

    Why are we still talking about this?

    The only useful thing out of this thread was the idea of Scout sabotaging the vehicles. How about scrambling the weapon bindings? ;)
