Oh my fucking god I know what a filibuster is already. I'm using the term loosely, like a lot of people do, to mean a general unwillingness to go along with or intent to stop or delay some form of legislation, whether it be by a LITERAL filibuster or not, ie what the republicans are doing in both houses. That it seemed like I thought it was going on at THIS MOMENT, its because I know this bill will be brought back up in some form or another fairly soon. Congress may be in recess but everyone is still talking about it. Yeah I'll invent facts. lol. What did I invent? Go ahead and tell me what I invented, maybe I can explain it for you.
