    People who don't actually test will get kicked out, if they don't test they have no business discussing bugs and such.

    Of course, we won't dump someone if they skip a test once, but if they never show up for a month (or 5 tests or something, I dunno), we'll remove them again.

    Pretty much this. With open testing, no-one turned up. With closed testing, we're hoping to get a more dedicated team of testers who are willing to be just as much a part of the development process as we are.

    Not sure that I'll have time to do large amounts of actual testing but if you need any sort of mapping or particle related troubleshooting I can help out with that I guess.
