    Aug 20, 2017 6:10 PM - VulcanStorm: the previous minimum, has now become the new maximum, and new minimums have been set. this is to maintain roughly the same feel to weapons after we fixed the code. they won't do much less damage, but they should do more damage from long range than before.

We tested it but it's really hard to tell the difference.
