I am glad you guys are clearing up this bsid propaganda I was subjected too. Now referring too *****, Thor told me the only reason he was in there was because everyone thought he was funny, and nobody took him seriously. When you have a member worse than hamster, you have to keep him because hes a sideshow attraction and basically a mascot. His only purpose was to exsist and keep living in a fantasy camp that he thought he had control of. He is STILL trying to post on the BSID forums, when NOBODY checks that shit. How fucking crazy do you have to be to fight about getting into a place that the only reason that still exists, is because RKB is stubborn about package deals for web hosting and teamspeak services.

DDD's EPIC application was pending for like 3 years or something. It was kind of funny, but he actually got good at the game in the end, so I guess it was worth it.

I remember when my autismo and assburgers was leaking out and I played the game a lot (I was in BSID), fn was still there and cpatton and that was amazing, we were on par with EPIC at their strongest even though we had more noobier players in the clan rooster playing the game. We never managed to field the "dream team" that I was aspired to play, but the scrims we had between EPIC and BSID were the absolute top level of play I've ever had. The shit that we played against G (hobbes clan? I dont know) and all other clans was shit. Everyone except EPIC gave a shit challenge and it was boring as fuck. I remember those games when every second mattered and not getting a barracks up or anything usually cost the team a game. Consortium was a good effort to bring out some players, but the pool of players was too shitty to have anyone good to play, and all the good players were nabbed by epic.
I remember playing in BSID. I enjoyed my time there. The people were nice, it was like a little community in itself. The first time I applied, I was denied cause I sucked. I'll admit, I did suck. But after sucking some dick (I think BJ and maybe FN), I got in. Installed ventrilo, let's go. Got my own account, I thought I was hot shit. But then it hit me, I wasn't able to go in the captain's quarters of the vent (the magical Thor room where he hid all the child porn). Then again I never got to know Thor other than he was a frat boy and never was much of a leader figure. I would soon learn he was just a remainder of the great BSID that consisted of super awesome jipple players. I think my first week, someone said "Let's go stack" or something dumb like that, so we all changed our names, avatars, etcetera and got into a server and stacked a team. The first round was crossroads and it was a steam roll. A really sad steam roll. So sad that we continued for another round or 2 until BitterJesus spoiled our cover. Fucking dammit BJ you should've changed your name. You just removed tag. I think Cpatton, BJ, and FN got banned that day. It made me pretty angry and against the idea of admins. So first scrim comes along, I think it was Halloween day. I played the first round against EPIC, but then I decided to go trick-or-treating (fuck it I'm still a kid, let me have it). We got crushed but I could seriously tell there was some sort of communication issue. FN just seemed to stop commanding and he took orders from Cpatton (which is never a great idea). It just seemed like BSID had good intra-communication between squads but terrible overall communication. Plus BJ brought up a great point where they did have a lot of newbies (Me, Moojuice, Dembil when he wasn't in his prime, Security (he lagged way harder cause of Jipple server, maybe Spawwn but I'm unaware of his skill level). I quit that first round to live my life and I think they flipped on me. They can go fuck themselves anyways. I think EPIC made a bunch of jokes, specifically Trickster pointing out that I went trick-or-treating. One thing I could tell was that the stacking with BSID wasn't making me a better player. So I kept on playing pubs. I tried to help MEG organize themselves and scrim EPIC (which resulted terribly in a loss but I think it was a start). I played more and more while stacking. The stacks were usually me, BJ, and dembil, and the rare occasion of FN. FN was usually the carry of the team while BJ was like off-laner. Dembil and I bought all the wards (if you get the reference. I loved playing under FN's wing. He was a fucking phenomenal person. He could easily turn a game around by getting everyone to listen to him. I felt he was by far the most charismatic person in the game. But then came a period of temporary inactivity in BSID. It was probably me but I found BSID as a clan to play less and less. They were more interested in games like Face of Mankind, Killing Floor, and Battlefield if I remember correctly. BJ still played and FN would show up now and then. I was stuck on my own to make friends like Kinote, numb401, pickled (he didn't consider me a friend cause he's a heretic), Cire, people like that. I know there are other names but I just can't seem to get it off the top of my head. Eventually I did stack with some EPIC guys like YouzY and Slade and I found myself enjoying it. They weren't completely dicks about everything and didn't seem to care about much. YouzY was the best player back then in my eyes in terms of raw skill. He just kept shooting his rifle. It was sometime during our 2nd scrim where everyone was inactive as shit. BSID was going against JPL. FN commanded the first round. The map was slaughtered. What a terrible idea (fucking Deadpool convinced us to play that). I don't know why it was fine with Cpatton or FN that we play slaughtered. That shit was a lagfest. So we lost the 1st round. I found myself playing with this guy named Rehnquist whom I assumed was a total noob cause I had never heard of him before. He was really quiet as a squad leader but later I would learn he is loud. We got rolled by grenade apcs but I do remember BJ had a lot of mortar kills. 2nd round comes along. This is what really ticked me off. Cpatton was supposed to command. FN was not at all his elements (see what I did there). So Cpatton jumped in the comm chair. I believe a minute into the round, HSM came into teamspeak and said "I'm ready to scrim, fuck you, i'm commanding or something along those lines". So he gets into the server and cpatton leaves to let HSM command. The plan: buy super lights, win the game. At one point, HSM yelled at me for not being able to run over people with my light tank. I couldn't possibly run them over cause there was a turret and walls in my way. And plus I lag spiked but I won't go there with him. Eventually after losing some ground, he just got pissed and griefed. That I think was my final straw I had with BSID. It just wasn't working out. I didn't want to quit but I didn't see what else there was. At the time I thought EPIC was some inactive piece of shit cause I only saw YouzY wearing the tag as well as this Trickster guy. He seemed like a dick. He was wearing the <asshole> tag at the end of his name and he had the avatar of a cat with a machine gun. Like, who the fuck does that? So secretly under the table I applied to EPIC. I had added Trickster to friends and asked him if I could join. He said he would try me out in a few games. After winning a complete bullshit round of homeland, I was accepted into EPIC (trickster was really drunk at the time and we basically did stack, however, I showed my professional engineering bitch skills off). As soon as I got in, I asked if I could stay in BSID a little longer. I needed an excuse to quit BSID. I didn't really want to leave cause the possibility of FN becoming active was still possible. Him and BJ were the only reason I still played with BSID. Soon enough RKB pissed me off and threatened to kick me out (something about me trying to take up a leadership role even though I had to right to). So I said "goodbye". Left BSID steam group. I think I put a resignation on the forums in a post. Deleted every BSID member off of my friends list. Then Thor adds me saying he's disappointed in me and that he thinks I'm dirty scum. I don't even know this guy. He wasn't much of a captain. If anything FN was by far the only thing close to a captain. Joined EPIC, best day of my life. All the guys seemed to like me. Especially this Slade fag. He was chill and I could tell he smoked a shit ton of weed. I did stack sometimes with EPIC for future times to come but usually we would fool around and not take the round seriously. 1st scrim with them I killed lamer like 2-3 times in a row. It felt good. Really fucking good. I still have demoes of it. Long story short, BSID stacking only made me desire winning more. Since BSID couldn't win scrims, I joined EPIC. I did always wonder how it would be if I didn't leave BSID though. I don't think I would ever have been accepted up until that point without Trickster being drunk and squad point whoring.
