RED NF interface

Perhaps it shouldn't be just the color palette swap. I think different interface styles would give more uniqueness to the teams. Brenodi should be sleek and metallic-like, while NF's interface would be more worn out and rusty-looking.

hmm interesting I thought it would be something like a VMT..... never really understood those files with all the normal textures and stuff in them... I understand that it defines the colour somehow with a line that looks like "$color" "[1 0 0]" or something I just dont know how to open them I never bothered to get past the "No game configurations to run with" message in hammer editor

SPECIAL looking interface sounds nice too but a bit harder to do

 

As long as it can be turned off I'll agree with this. I like the normal blue interface and I check on which side I'm from the gun, hands, scoreboard and from the names which show to me above players.

Indeed I am....... It was more meant as a poke to Bodrick as I have seen him around lately

and as I said I dont know how to manipulate those VMTs..... The only things I have ever made are more like raw materials like some textures and models. I dont know anything about how this stuff works since there have mostly been skilled programming dudes around me on other projects.

 

I'm guessing it's one of the parameters listed here.

 

You don't need to manipulate the .vmt's, you can just recolor the .vtf's.

And Bodrick won't be able to do much from Australia or wherever the hell he went.

I got a little sick of nothing coming from this, so I did a simple color channel swap on one part of the hud. If you like it, I can probably do the rest of it.

 

Needs a little bit more red to it.

 

That looks more brown to me.

Jcw must have a super old VGA monitor and be partially colorblind.
