its only a matter of admin access actually. if you have guys interrupting the session, you simply make them not play empires for a while. i bet all server owners could agree on this, so that the incentive to not just troll this is as low as possible.
Unless you can dictate where players walk, drive, what they build and shoot, it won't help. You can lead a horse to water...
if its intended as newbie pug where its basically only newbies with a few vets that only answer questions but dont interfere with the game too much (other that they are commanding, since this really cannot be done by newbies) i dont see how you need to drink for the horse ... its just to get the less immaginative game mechanics across. you dont need to teach them anything from scratch. just some simple games where ppl dont get rediculed because they ask how to get ammoz, spawn or build tanks :D
