I think a vet server could be created as long as it was as Trickster stated, with groups joining on demand and not having it to develop into a permanent server. If we were to do that then we would immediately exclude up and coming players that otherwise could be good players. One of my current frustrations in pugs is the language barrier that started to appear after the steam release. I was commanding a game on Viper, with 4 guys with a |RUS| tag walling in our own CV, then hijacking it. The important part of this is that while they were griefing, there was no way they could tell they were. I saw them later on, when they tried to kill our CV with our own tanks. I now have their names and ragequit if any of them are on my team. This is in itself a major problem, as while exclusion is bad, we have no way around this. If a vet server were to be created, we mustn't be too quick to slam the banhammer on wannabe vets. People need to learn.
rather tell an admin - dont you have any on your friendslist? if one tells me about a griefer when im on (thats rare atm, but it wasnt the last years) ill be on the server i a couple of seconds issuing bans ... and ofc you can always file a complaint on the servers website. dont forget to include proof (demo is best) and their steamids ...

there already is one, EPIC has one set up and the password is like pugpugpug usually or something like that.
Actually, that server shouldn't be accessible, it's under development, i.e. I'm looking for a good mapvote system that's more dynamic.
