Infiltration Round 3: Alone in the Dark

Yeah, if I start defining roles as I choose it makes certain people more likely to be infiltrator.

There is no light. That must be caused by clouds, which in turn cast Shadows.

I think that was the reasoning.

 

Foxy sat in the infirmary, going through the bases medical supplies.
He found a small first aid kit, and removed the non-essential items.
He replaced them with extra bandages and morphine.

He stood up to leave, but as he turned from his desk he met with the barrel of a gun.
"Hello" said the gunman.
"Can this wait?" Foxy replied.
The gunman fired twice into Foxy's head.

Another person entered, weapon drawn.
"I came here to kill that bastard, who the fuck are you?"
"Nobody important."
The new person raised their weapon towards Foxy's killer.
"I don't trust you."
"Considering you came here to kill Foxy, your nightly kill has been expended. You can't kill me."
"What?"
"Gotta roll."

Foxy's killer grabbed a lamington from the workbench, and ran.
The new intruder fired several shots, two missed, another hit him in the back of the head, and a fourth landed in his leg.

The man ran out the door.
"I told you! You can't kill me!" he yelled, as he sprinted down the hallway.
His wounds closed up as he ran.

Day has begun.

 

Damned those rapid regen gene modifications, eh?
*crawls back onto the corpse pile again*

triple edit: i vote ikalx, he's trying way too hard to convince you who to kill, plus, I was an infiltrator last round, alas I am not so lucky this time. Ikalx has made so many off topic posts, to me its just like he's trying to distract attention from himself and also keep his posts up, I dunno bout you guys but Im wicked busy these last 2 weeks. anyway, kisses.

 

Ikalx sighs for a moment and takes a good long look at the faces around him. "Lads, I do have an agenda, and that is to see every one of you go home to those you love. The greatest gift they could get this season is seeing you home, safely. I've already given up on myself, but if you have any hope to see your families again, I urge you to give my words a great deal of thought." He scuffs his shoe on the ground a few times. "It really would be a shame if if I died from my own comrades decision, but I'll leave that up to you to decide."

Ikalx turns to Mageknight and hands him a letter. "Could you deliver this to my wife? It's just a few words but...well I really just want to make sure someone tells her what happened, and she knows that I thought of her before I died." He looks meaningfully at the rest of his would-be brothers in arms. "Read it, if you like, i've got nothing to hide. I'll be in my bunk." As he turns to leave he stops a moment in the doorway. "Merry Christmas, guys. May god bless you all."

 

Meh, i don't really have time atm to check for clues or to decipher the Caesar thingy. I just wonder where we lost all our man. AND WHERE THE HELL ARE OUR SCOUTS? IF YOU HAVE VALUABLE INFORMATION USE ME AS PROXY, if you don't trust me, check the first round and see all infiltrators trying to kill me.

Anyways, i just go with the flow and vote Brutos! Merry Christmas!

Through a slim majority, Brutos was chosen.
His executioner pulled a rifle off a nearby weapon rack.

Brutos was sweating.
The rifle pointed towards him slowly.
He dived out of the way of the rifles barrel as the executioner fired, narrowly escaping the rounds. He grabbed the rifle with both hands and pulled himself and the rifleman to the ground.

Several people drew weapons, a few jumped in to pull them apart.
Brutos bit the executioner on the hand and he cried out.
Ikalx had been standing back throughout the fight. He drew out his pistol and pushed aside the other men.
He kicked Brutos in the chest, winding him.
Brutos laid across the ground gasping for air.
"You Jekotians can't even die like men." Ikalx said, before he lowered the gun and shot Brutos in the head.

Night has begun.
