Shotgun pistol with 2 shells, better call it the "Cobain", or the "Nirvana" shotgun. Not making fun of a great artist here, but rather wanting something named after him. I'm Russian and I hate the SMG2.
Generally I like the whole naming idea, but if you're not a playtester or developer (or moderator), I doubt you'd be able to get a name because in the end you weren't as important to Empires as all the ones who ended up creating it.

I suggest to look through the slang of the players and name the weapons that way. No fancy "no one will use" names D:
I'm in favour of an easter egg in which all the weapons names become replaced with either dev, religous or comic/cartoon related. THE JESUS CANNON, something to do with captain planet, etc. etc.
