looking at the table we at last can say that, contrary to the perception of the public, at least empires gamers are quite average shaped. ofc this is ignoring that its only a fraction of actual players. id love to see representative numbers ...
I had, started off the day with 500ml energy drink and 1.5litres of water (did a postal route) after that I ate 170g of bacon and 4 eggs as breakfast. then ate some ham with sweetened potato casserole for dinner and burger with large fries later before going to a bar. oh and ~10ish cans of beer 0.33l, 75cl bottle of red wine, few glasses of white wine, and 5-6 pints of beer at bar. so yesterdays calories were taken mostly in liquid form.
I mostly eat full grain rice with some variation of chicken/lean meat and drink green tea every day. Kind of bland, but i hate cooking and it keeps me in shape so hey.
I usually eat stuff that i'd never touch 2 years ago. University live kicks your ass. Also, thanks goes to the person who first put meat in a bun and started selling it.
You could do a wonder for your health if you reduced your portion. Limit yourself to two eggs in the morning and a medium (or small!) fry at dinner. I'd also advice you to limit the alcohol, but I figure that's a lost cause, lol. Make the small changes!
you are 19 spartacus - isnt it boring to be that conservative at this age? waste your youth! (but not only with playing computer games) well maybe you come across incorrectly in text
One of the reasons, besides being bone-idle and lazy, that I never took losing weight seriously is because I don't really care about my own health. I already have a girlfriend so there isn't really anything to drive me to do it.
I think your initial impression was actually pretty accurate, lol. For now. It's unfortunate, but sexual relationships revolve around physical appearance. Personalities are a distant second to physique. Think about it, what do you use to determine if you should go talk to a prospective mate? All you can determine is their physical appearance. That's the first hurdle. Don't get me wrong, I absolutely hope you have an enjoyable relationship for many years to come. Yet, the realist in me says that it might not work that way.
I think you misunderstand how mahti's biology works, the alcohol is what keeps him alive, the food is because he enjoys it.
Most of my friends are living testament to the inaccuracy of that statment. Or at least, they are testament to the fact that conventional ideas of attractiveness do not apply to everyone. Conventional attractivness is almost entirely asexual to me for example, but I simply adore unusual and novel appearances.
You're the first to actually have a BMI that's too low. Since you're only four kilos under, I'd say, "keep it up!" Yeah yeah, we all want to think that we're unique little butterflies. If that makes you happy, then it's silly for me to persuade you otherwise.
I don't think it's unusual, liking people for who they are and not what they look like is fairly essential for any sort of long term relationship.
And how many long term relationships do you see? The moral (i.e. social) obligation to stay with a partner is gone, and divorce rates show it.
