1.Will there be community laws? Their is always natural law. 2.Will it simply be like the American "Old Wild West"? lol yes just like the old west but with empires. 3.Who will own the property? As of right now no one owns property so hopefully more. 4.Will capitalism realm free? If not, what is the "third way ? you really need to move past labels and learn to just be a person.
what the fucking fuck? can someone please translate that for me? did he just say that property currently doesnt exist?
he is saying that you don't own property(land) which is true... you are merely renting(even if you have bought the property(land)) the property(land) from the government.
Wikipedia entry on Land Ownership It's all semantics. You own it for all intents and purposes. I don't consider property taxes as rent really. More a fee for the governmental institutions that make sure your neighbour can't just move his fence onto your land and go "It's always been like this." If The Man decides to build a highway through your living room... you're fucked. But as with democracy in general, the few will have to pay the price for the many.
aww the poor rich (who are rich by private property which doesnt exist ofc) have to pay for the rich poor that gain everything. my pitty has limits ...
When we buy a house we are actually getting the down payment or something, it then takes something like 10 years before your mortgage is paid off, except it can be done quicker. I know that in other countries when you go to get a house you buy the whole thing right then and there.
YES I said here in America nobody owns anything. Any "home owner" can look at their deed to the house they are never listed as owner. Same as a vehicle....You are a registered user. You are able to transfer your rights as a user to other people but you do not own anything. Their is a huge difference.
You pay money to be able to drive it right ? You have to register with the state ? In The united states you have no rights to own anything. You are a possession and can't own possessions. Owning something means that it is yours to do what ever you choose.
im no US citizen. in austria, as long as it isnt against the law, you can do with your car whatever you want. and if you want to drive a tank over it (which under certain circumstances is allowed) on your private property noone can ever hinder you (unless you do it in the middle of the night, since tanks are damn loud and after 2200 its not allowed to make loud noise unless absolutely necessary)
Why not after 2200 ? it's your land right ? If it is YOUR land then shouldn't you as the owner decide when it is or isn't the right time to do something ?
lol here in les Americas if you have so much as an unsupervised knife on a table on your front lawn all the concerned mothers that live around you will make an interest group so that you either go to jail or get sued boatloads of money.
example: When want to add on too a house you think you own. What is the first thing you have to do ???? Ask the government for permission to to work on your house. If you are lucky they will allow you to do it and issue you a permit.
