When would that be played? The first time a apc crosses the gate? Maybe play a sound after the forest point gets capped saying nf should cap the bunkers next to secure a foothold? Oh, how about something that says nf can get more time if they destroy the radars, it can play after tickets hit 1000 I guess. To be fair the apc thing which is the most crucial part of your map and probably the most ambiguous is the only real thing that needs to be out right said. Everything else is simple flow of the battlefield that doesn't need much extra attention.
It has to be 1)more coherent 2)more consistent. I think "garaż" #3 sounded waaay off compared to the others. Oh and i never knew about the radars thing before i heard you say that yourself in that video. Might want to do something about it.
Serious: Make her talk about destroyed Radars and maybe have someone read the map description out loud when the round starts (only in case you have a custom description). Semi serious: tell NF what else has to be done to win, like - psst, hey, HEY YOU, northern faction engineer; go build that bridge, psst, psst - 2 APCs are locked, get ONE more! - The [insert insult] Brenodians are fighting back! Go fuck them up! - .... Silly: make a capella noises for every sound in the game. On a different note: If you guys get bored, either rerecord empires sounds on your own, or ask Angry to help you do hat professionally. Redo all those Commander sounds f. ex.

OH, I think wookie has a good one there. Can you play the mission briefing for each team during the wait start time? That would help quite a bit I think.
The way I wrote them, they're really supposed to be read in the palace of your mind. I must consider.

Well it doesn't have to be word for word. It can have words of encouragement or extra urgency, it can even be simpler and shorter, maybe. Or just one long rousing speech that lasts 60 seconds. Which would be amazing yet might wear on people after some time.
I can't think if a way to make the sound play at the right time. People should read more, it'd save me work :p

I'm saying I don't know how to do what you are suggesting. I have a concept in my head, but I'm not sure how well it would work out.

That color scheme definitely draws your eye to the gate. And you kept everything in line with the rest of your style pretty well. Lookin hawt.
I played an iteration of this map, i feel it needs a hella lot more cover, potholes to hide in from the turrets etc... If the defenders team's primary defence is the turrets they should lose anyway.
