Why would your textures be fullbright? Mine aren't and I don't use the empres bsp.

welcome to the wonderful world of POM. i suggest to create custom vmfs for the materials that dont use the horribad POM shader, instead of using the custom vbsp ...

i think you forgot a couple things
so when i inevitably fix my computer i would like to know how to do these things:
make my metal crates actually sound like metal when you hit them. currently, they just give out the default sound
i have a problem with some of my textures turning out like this (they are using the same textures as the ones that look fine)
and on the gameplay side, any thoughts on adding a second .5 bleed flag in the west middle? i haven't seen people use it much and when they do, their back flag ends up getting capped. this would add more value to the west side of the map. good idea or not? a picture for reference
