It's a particle pack, it always was a particle pack, it's just that I happened to only include gun related effects beforehand. Although considering empires currently only supports gun particles and building fire and building fire can only have so many components (four in this case) that's hardly surprising.
could you split it up in gun and building packs? i love your gun particles, but i prefer empties building fires
I could. (but I'm not going to) Either install empty's particles over the top of mine, or just don't copy the buildings.pcf from mine into the folder.
oh shit that is way better than the smoke fix that just changes the bulding smoke to low quality flames.
The smoke looks a bit ridiculous to be honest. It looks nice though. I'd like to see the fire closer up, it looks fairly crap and pixelated at distance.
Two things: 1. I'm happy for you and I'mma let you finish, but is that an NF refinery in BE's main? 2. *shrug* 3. How's a flaming barracks look from the inside? (I'd install it, but it looks prohibitively framerate-killing.)

No it doesn't you're just an idiot. The BE one has a giant fireball in the middle that looks crap when you walk into it, but that's the dev's retarded fault, not mine. Other than that it looks like a building, the fire is on the outside. And no, it isn't framerate killing, due in no small part to my not being an idiot I am actually capable of making things that look good and don't eat FPS.

it's really awesome, its really high quality at close up, with no fps fuck. oh and no offence it looks much better than your flame, make a better flame, and i'll vote you for prime-minister.
As I keep telling people, I don't need outside help to critique my work, or praise it. Download it, don't download it, like it or hate it, whatever you do please refrain from talking to me about it and certainly don't give suggestions.
