also because lts can rape afvs and bemeds if they ram them up against rocks and they're stuck in their blindspots.

Ramming exists because tank weapons are so grossly ineffective against other tanks (until later research) that it is more productive to lever a tank into a rock or tree than it is to shoot it.

    No.
It's because ramming a tank usually pushes their turret angle, disrupting their aim as they go up and as they come back down, it also prevents them firing on you briefly as the turret traverse is insufficient to hit you, furthermore it firmly positions your vehicle against one edge of their vehicle allowing you to unload damage for 2-3 seconds, usually removing all armor on that side.

I was being a bit sarcastic about early tier weapons; I wasn't being that serious and you know it.

On topic, I think this is a great idea.

    Awww.... OK.

I still reckon it wouldn't make the problem worse as the root of the problem timing not position. You can jump in/out of the vehicle so quickly that you can exploit the Gren's comparably slow reload time.

Nope, right. If this got coded, then you'd see how right I was. Flasche's point is 100% an issue, and needs to be thought about.

Yeah because all grens are always not in cover.
If he gets out, someone else will just shoot him.
I do it all the time, he's going to pop out the front of the tank, facing away from it, no way he can get out, crouch, aim, fire, turn around and get back in before someone notices and shoots him, including the grenadier.

If I can pop out with NFAR and instacrouch, I can have the gren dead within 1 second, and then back in my vehicle.

If you're gonna go rifleman to drive a tank, then, well...

but you can more or less do that now but it isn't common place - by jumping out a vehicle at speed. As it continues to move away from you before coming to a stop you can kill someone on foot and then sprint a few paces back to the vehicle and it happens occasionally.

No one except the most unhinged rofflewhore will even think of doing this regularly simply because there is more fun & productive things to do with a tank. Also Infantry < Armour, i don't see that the person being picked off was anything other than dead anyways.

80% of the time I drive tanks as the rifleman. I ALWAYS jump out of vehicle to kill grens. I kill them in .5 seconds and am back in. Why let him shoot my tank twice while I try run him down, shoot him etc.

Riflemen also have the vehicle damage upg. Which if you can remember what parts of a tank you've shot (not hard) you have the upper hand.
It's also helpful for hit and runs against enemy buildings since you swap your mg for more damage, and you have infinite ammo.

I tend to laugh at people who choose vehicle mgs over extra missiles etc, cause they need them to kill infantry.

Then someone plops down a couple of mines and your tank explodes.
