Played it yesterday with FN. It's addicting. Play it. Building undercover secret tunnelway systems is so much fun.

The point of the game is to steal the enemy's intel briefcase while protecting yours. It is better than minecraft in the sense that some level of physics governs the blocks (e.g. if you break the support pillars of a structure, the whole thing will fall down). The M1-like rifles are pin-point accurate (but there is travel time) and headshots are instant kills. Grenades are useful for killing campers or damaging structures. Did I mention that there is actually a minimap. The game is addictive at times, even though it has only been out for two weeks and servers crash now and then. You can spent your time building structures about your intel, have a tunnel war, make trenches in the front-lines, or fucking rambo with your M1 and show no mercy. The game is worth trying. The real value is using some teamwork with some friends. There are over a few dozen servers and over 200 players at any given time. Obviously, the game is better than Empires.
Semi-automatic rifles (e.g. M1) did not really come into play until WWII. It is arguably like WWI as well as the gameplay can involve trench wars.
I was about to come in this thread all butthurt about how I've had ace of spades micspam for ages and you guys are posing fags. But I was pleasantly surprised. This looks interesting.

Alright I can't connect to this at all, whats the secret? I keep getting a map transer error or version incompatability error nothing about simply not connecting..
@vulkanis yes joining is kinda of glitchy in this but it's worth the thousand clicks to get into a game and make some crazy tunnel system and shoot people and shit.
