Why was the concussion grenade timer increased? Just wondering.

Should have released the minifix as 2.31 to make stuff look moar active.
Concussion nade timer was increased so you can flash things further away. More importantly, so you can flash turrets further away. 3 seconds was too short.
Nice job guys. I like the mortar and RPG improvements.
Grens got boosted. I like this patch.
2 grens > 1 med tank now. Skills are still bugged.
Can we have a checksum for the released files, i.e. md5 ?
That would help in case of outdated mirrors or corrupted files...

Im gonna totally go out of character here and say very nice work on the particles Empty, particularly arty, bullet sparks on tanks, and HE...(nukes are still huge but at least they look cooler).
Does this patch fix arty raping fps?
no aircrafts but it has gone up one level in the tenths digits
Couldn't we get a patch from 2.29 - 2.30 or is that too hard?

if you were trying to stop a nonexistant exploit mootant...you have failed
or maybe it was adding this that did it.
2.30 is a fps-killer ... after some time it gets really laggy.
(i had no fps problems with previous versions)
All taht does is tone down how much HDR rapes your eyes.
http://dl.dropbox.com/u/6615362/empires/bullet_tracers.pcf put that in particles/ directory. It fixes tracer particle effects not dying at all. Over time they lower your FPS to unplayable level.
