I've compiled a full install for 2.3, client and server. Omega_K2 hosted them up, and if anyone wants to mirror, just post up the links.

Empty made that for me upon request after a bit of badgering, hence the name. It contains snow particles for emp_snowstorm which in rc2 do not work. In rc3 they do but that isnt released yet. They come with the map.
I suggest updating the main page weapons section, replace Carbine Assault Rifle with Heavy Rifle and Machine Pistol with Heavy Pistol.
Seems like the Page won't be changed.. it's not like the first thing new players look at when wanting to know more about the mod.
Welcome to 2.30! Choose your class! You can either pick an engineer or a grenadier, if you pick something else you will have significant disadvantage and your team will definietly fail beacuse of your incompetence that "takes up space". [Everyone knows that I occasionally play with other classes, not just rifleman only, but now you really bitched up my favourite class and made it as useless as a scout, when all the four classes should be a reasonable tactical choice.] 2.29 weapon script and everything related to emp_firefight (which is said to be very similar to the legendary 2.12 that I didn't play.) was way more balanced, I liked it a lot more better. New "feature" the gambling skills. Are you sure you "picked" the new skill or you just clicked on it, inside a barrack / armory? Have you made the lucky guess with your defusal, when driving on a mine field, with the most expensive tank ever? (Seriously this bug never happened to me at earlier versions.) But I didn't forget about the shining glory of 2.30. Pretty cool particle effects, better (a bit more balanced maybe) tank battles, and all the little and important things that is listed in "modified" and "fixed". Maybe the chat reset was good cuz when getting back to "life" you better pull the trigger than chit-chatting like a girl...
rifleman pointless? Rifleman can run and shoot and get mad kills, and ironsights are obsolete since crouching puts on laser like accuracy.
