You've been levelling from scratch every single round every 40 or so minutes for the past 8+ years of Empires, a little extra won't hurt
in 2006 leveling up in shooters was still fresh. people even mentioned the leveling system of empires as feature ...
Leveling is fine for perks, but when huge amounts of the game are locked its a bummer. The first 6 hours of GTA 5 is gonna be a bit of a crawl for the people who have already played through on console. Its good though, me and a few friends made a drunken pact to buy it and go heisting 3 months ago and it was pretty good fun fucking about in los santos ripping people off and fart arsing about
Not if you consider all those delays. I'd rather have a borked launch and not wait 18 months for the PC version.
I think I agree to an extent, I like to play games early even if they are meh. Most people prefer to wait for a finished, functional product.
why is it people are always unhappy with what they got? if they release early theres bitching about bugs, if they release late people complain about how it takes forever. video games are a lose-lose situation
originally i thought this being unhappy with what you got would be a feminine feat, but seems its more universal then i thought.
Because in modern times, most of the feedback comes from people who dont like something, whereas people content with the same keep their mouths shut. This creates an ilusion that vaguely defined *people* will not like anything.
Judging by this, everyone but Spartacus loves nuclear. In general though, I fully agree. It's really apparent in patch notes comments on more popular games, people keep bitching about things regardless of what is done.
