I would very much like to join you in multiplayer, just finished singeplayer and am now at the absolute beginning in multiplayer.

 

I played quite alot and still have alot to do in sp. Havent even scratched mp yet.

I found flying ridiculously annoying. Even at 100 skill it constantly jitters left right and center. Its doable though, as opposed to flying a chopper which is plain stupid.

 

I agree, flying planes is quite enjoyable despite the jittering, flying helicopters is atrocious to me though.

I don't know if it is just my controller or the game, but going left or right only slightly causes it to jiggle like a motherfucker.

 

Kb controls default to numpad, it jiggles no matter what you do. The gravity pull is really big as well.
I though flying planes would be relaxing much like anything else (except maybe boats because all the bouncing makes them slow as molases), but you constantly need to be pushing buttons.
Bike controls are also a myster to me, you cant seem to cancel the sprint unless you actually stop.

 

I personally don't have any problems with aircraft, however I'm terrible at picking up moving vehicles with the Cargobob.

 

I use a xbox controller for the flying, it works ok. Rest keyboard + mouse.

 

I got the disc version with 7 discs.

Let the pain begin.

You cant get the ones underneath without nearly breaking the discs.

I will download GTA over night and then looking forward to play some online games with Empires ppl.

 

I use a PS3 controller but yeah, keyboard and mouse makes running and gunning better but ts hard to get by flying and driving some vehicles. I'd have figured most people have a controller.

 

Do you have a wired one or did you get the wireless receiver?

I actually own a 360, so I ended up with wireless controllers. MS, why you no use standard wireless protocols like Sony?

 

hook up a wii controller and use just the nunchuk for moving around.

 

Keyboard is fine for driving pretty much everything but I have to switch to the controller for flying. The planes feel really good in this game, helicopters far less so.

350MB, that is just a little bug fix patch for a 65GB game.

Can confirm the game works fine on medium settings in Full HD with a Q6600. Take that "experts" from 2008 who recommended getting a higher-clocked dual-core instead of the quad.
