Ok, lets get honest and ill start with saying I'm almost at a 12 pack of beer in. Good. Mr. Incognito is fucking good, he knew what to do as soon as his squad leader pointed it out. I admit I hadnt noticed him until this summer scrim series (excuse my 3 year hiatus).

He gave you the POV of the best squad Xray could muster, against your best TWO(dos) squads (hi security, jk ) in game 1. Im sure my gameplay wouldve been lacking, so outside that squad, many would not be able to provide such impact gameplay IMO (hang me, if disagree). And this is where it gets tricky...(I say this cause I cant really say what I just said without pointing out that NW beat paradox+posthu)

Game 2 happened with alot of noticable individuals sitting out, spike being one of the crucial many. Just by looking at the score screenshot, the same squad trounced on the opposition Quebec. Unfortunately, Xray lost the second game. It happens. I definately did not appreciate waiting an hour just to switch servers, then the max player limit is 40(?), and so on. Eventually, I left as it didnt seem fair how we lost crucial players, vs a beaten-up quebec force which wanted blood.

Wether or not Reznov is "correct". I can show my demo and it would consist of me running into the BE base to die inside their radar while spamming concuss nades and calculator(albeit effective, @7 mins !zoom pov. Game 2 didnt happen for myself and many others, so it may have not been at the same "power levels" for the teams. There is no need for such POV.

Id like to once again thank Incognito for posting our POV, as well as all the other Xray members participating and giving it their best. Jane, aka grant, you are also one of those uber soldiers I hadnt noticed.

While I cant speak for the leadership, motherfuckers - "you are doing a phenomenal job" should summarize it. Some squads do better/more than others, and I dont care if im bottom tier if we still win when we work together. Bigteef, hold your motherfucking head up. Ive run out of beer by now, since this post took me 2-3 hours. Xray will gladly see you on the 25th Quebec.

Too bad we've lost the first one, seems like we almost had it.
But after the relatively fast first round, I got curious how many times BE triumphed over NF.

1.1 - BE win - Quebec

Apart from round 4.1 where we would have lost even without an enemy, the only time BE truly had the upper hand was in Round 1.

So that's
2 "wins" for BE : -8- 9 "wins" for NF
Maybe I'm just reading too much into this since the sample size is relatively small, but for me it looks like a trend.

I'd like to explain a bit.

First, we exclude game 4 because Quebec won both.
I would exclude 5.1 too, because the lag prevented Quebec from doing their specialty.

In 6.1, it's just tactical failure, we literally let X-ray sneaked into our main for free and we didn't even organize a squad to retake main. Not to mention the game only lasted for 10 mins.

So tbh, I don't think we have enough samples to call it a trend.

 

At the end of emp_king_r5, Xya slayed Napalm. Perhaps he is to blame for our lack of 'the king'
