I can't believe i didn't think of that ! If a mine explodes twice as hard, than it probably is more expensive, more important and needs more stuff for safety. Reasons enough to understand why it takes longer to arm it. Besides nf are less advanced, at least i think, so they have big, clumsy mines, but with extra room for explosive chemicals (why they are big and unhandy).
