There are companies that do large tracking for virtual reality, motion capture, etc. The systems are expensive, and they make a lot of money on their margins. Yeah, that was in my first video, and I'm not planning on explaining that again. Maybe, I will give an update with what's happened in the past few years in the next video.
For consumer purposes, it's most likely risky. The other system is literally just displaying 2 videos and a gyroscope, nothing groundbreaking, the time investment isn't an issue.
