Turrets on DISTRICT

    Especially for district every bullet shot from any gun should form into a turret in mid-air and land down, pistols would grant you ML turrets.


    I want some lag, god damnit!

    I will try and get rid of the stalemates by changing the flags, don't worry about it until you've seen the new stuff.

    Ignore the griefers Solokiller, this whole "district suck cos of turrets" is the most bullshit argument i've heard for player incompetence and i don't mean this is a disrespectful way, simply those people are not equipped with the knowledge to deal with such problems; that being the reason you join a Clan, to gain insight into being a more effective and adaptive player on your own or (STACKING :D) playing with or against your fellow clan members.

    BTW my little tactic is to go Scout, team up with a Engi that know how the throw-a-nade-a-little-further hack and joint-spam the enemas turret with Smoke and Frag nades, works a charm ;)

    Newbies want to change everything, from jeeps to maps... I was pretty new, probably am going to suck chrome off a trailer hitch when I have my computer in order and ready to play again. But some things don't even need changing, turrets can be dealt with if you know how to play, if a bar blocks your view when in a jeep you drive in zig-zag.

    it's not that there arn't ways to slowly beat down turrets. it's just that it isn't fun. not for either team. just sitting in a stale mate for minute after minute.

    lol, i swa the biggest stalemate the other day, 9 turrets on the NF side, at there third flag...we were loosing, but thatnks to that we brought it back down to 0v0 tickets (down from 0v21)
    lol
    REALLY REALLY boring...

    but funny to watch the NOOBS who MUST rush on that map, run up to them and die...lol :P

    I usually sneak up on people, in the sewers as scout. Now if only i added some exploit areas.

    you should make hidden walls that only you know, like in unused corners or something.

    That match was fine exemplar for why District stands-out for a map that tests players mettle, fore mostly stamina for the average player and being able to find those weaknesses in the opposition.

    Well hopefully when tehy raise the roof of the skybox we can use morters to take out the turrents witch is good enough for me.

    Oh ok. Was this that in the last patch or is it going to be in the next one? Though I admit I havent had a chance to play district with this latest patch. No one ever seems to be on except in 1.71 servers at least when I get off work.
