Turret/Wall Limit on Commander GUI

    Allow the commander to see the turret and wall limit, and the number of turrets and walls currently placed. Not sure where to put it, though. Preferably, it would exist within one of the current gui elements.

    Or it could just be displayed when you are placing turrets / walls respectively.

    Just show the number in the build menu like 3 / 20 turrets.
